diffuse important information regarding ethics, ranking black-belts,
teachers and masters, appointments, awards, sanction, as well as technical
programs and communication. Viet-Chi Post is also for publishing
helpful information and guidance to a large number of teachers and
students. The main concern is to support our clubs, to encourage our
teachers and our students at the era of globalization where no one can
just stay alone. Students need to feel they belong to something larger
than their Club. They wish to know about History and Tradition of
Vietnamese Culture and Martial Arts, and what others are learning and
doing in the same field of their activities today.
